Using your NDIS core supports budget, we help you with your disability-related daily needs.
Some examples of core supports include:

Personal Care
When daily personal care becomes a challenge, we can step in to help.
Our personal care services include dressing, bathing, medication prompting, and daily hygiene tasks.
We take the time to match the right care team to each Member. Our skilled care team get to know you and make sure you feel comfortable, respected, and safe.
Social & community participation
We can provide assistance with your social and community participation goals.
We can help assist you in building your confidence, connecting you with community supports and joining you at social events. We can connect with therapy services in your community, like a swimming class or one of our care team can join you for a walk around the park.
We will tailor activities to suit your goals and interests.
Medication management
Medication management is an important.
We can work with you to help you adhere to your medications. This includes a combination of gentle prompting, helping you organise your medications or arranging a medication review at your local pharmacy.
Transport
Our cozier care team can help you with home care transportation services to take you where you need to go.
Whether you have a medical appointment, want to go shopping or visit friends, we help you travel safely there and back.
Our cozier care team can stay with you, so you have support wherever you need to go.
Domestic support
We believe domestic support is more than helping you with cleaning the house or doing the laundry. We take the time to understand what you need each day.
